Shipping Policy

This shipping policy governs all orders of furniture, home goods, kitchenware, garden decor and daily supplies placed on the Covefyr website. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept all shipping terms below.

1. Global Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. There are no restricted zones for general household goods. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and fully displayed on the checkout page based on your delivery country, package weight and dimensions. We regularly launch seasonal shipping discounts and free shipping promotions, follow our store updates to catch exclusive offers.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or local public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination, excluding processing days:

· Domestic local delivery: 5–7 business days

· International overseas delivery: 7–16 business days Uncontrollable delays may occur due to customs inspection, peak shopping seasons or regional logistics emergencies, we cannot guarantee rigid delivery dates for these cases.

4. Shipping Carriers

We cooperate with global mainstream logistics providers and reliable local regional courier partners. Multiple shipping options will be available for you to select during checkout according to your budget and timeline needs.

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a unique tracking number and tracking link via email. You can enter the tracking number on our "Track Order" page to view real-time logistics updates anytime. If your tracking status stops updating for over 5 working days, please contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT and local customs fees are determined and charged by your destination country’s customs authority. All tax charges are not included in our product price or shipping cost, and shall be borne by the buyer. We are unable to predict or cover any customs clearance fees for international orders.

7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

· If items arrive damaged or with missing parts: Please take clear photos of the outer package and defective goods within 48 hours upon receipt, then contact our support team. We will arrange free reshipment or full refund after verification.

· If the package is marked lost by the logistics carrier: Reach out to us with your order number, we will initiate a logistics investigation and provide corresponding compensation solutions.

8. Shipping Address Modification

You can request address changes within 12 hours after placing your order before shipment. Once the parcel has been dispatched, address modifications are not supported. Please double-check your shipping information carefully at checkout.
