Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all furniture, home goods, kitchen supplies, garden decor and lifestyle merchandise purchased from Covefyr online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
· You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your package.
· All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in their original complete packaging with all tags, accessories and manuals attached.
· Clear signs of wear, stains, scratches, improper assembly damage or missing original packaging will make items ineligible for full refund.
· Custom-made furniture, personalized products, clearance final-sale items and disposable daily goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. How to Start a Return Request
1. Contact our customer support via website live chat or official support email, provide your order number and clear photos of the items you want to return.
2. Our team will review your request and send you a valid return shipping address within 24 working hours.
3. Do NOT send back items without prior approval; unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Cost
· If you return items due to personal preference (wrong size, style mismatch, changed mind), you are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
· If items arrive damaged, defective or mismatched due to our packing or production error, we will cover full return shipping cost or arrange free reshipment for you.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
1. Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will confirm the condition within 3–5 business days.
2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
3. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider, usually takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged, Missing or Defective Items
If your parcel arrives broken, missing goods or with manufacturing defects:
1. Take full photos of the outer package, damaged items and all contents within 48 hours after delivery.
2. Send photos + your order ID to customer support.
3. We offer two solutions for verified issues: free re-delivery of replacement goods, or a full refund of the item cost.
6. Partial Returns & Bundle Orders
For bundle/set products, we only accept full-set returns. Single pieces from a bundle cannot be returned separately unless the piece is defective. Partial refunds for unused single items are not supported.
7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours after checkout. If the order has already been dispatched, normal return policy rules apply.
8. Exceptions
· We do not accept returns for products damaged by improper installation, self-modification, misuse or long-term daily wear.
· Any return requests submitted over 30 days after delivery will be automatically rejected.
